This is the subscription that keeps on giving since the PSSC supports other botanical gardens like Huntington, Mathias, Quail, Mile Square Park, and others for the general benefit of the public. Conservation, research, and publications grants have also been a part of our past support activities but we are limited only by the operating funds derived from Journal subscriptions, raffles, and plant auctions held at our bimonthly meetings. As a non-profit organization, none of your officers, editors, area chairs, directors, or members-at-large are paid for their efforts. We contribute our time because we love palms and would like to share that interest with more people in southern California. International Palm Society (IPS)

IPS membership is encouraged but not required for membership in The Palm Society of Southern California. Membership dues for the IPS are $35 per year per individual or $45 per family.
